Overview

Founded in 2010 by James Peisker and Chris Carter. They both are artisanal butchers and their friendship was made under the same mission: Supplying America with the best meats possible.

They started off local in Nashville, Tennessee. Now their business has expanded to be one the main and few leading butcher boxes in the USA with solely 100% American raised products and 100% grass-fed beef.
Every animal is still hand slaughtered and packed in their facility in Nashville and Kentucky. In 2017 their shop went online and the rest is history.

Beef: 100% grass-fed from Kentucky and Tennessee

All Ported Road partner farms have the highest standards for animal welfare and James and Chris still make visits to the farms and suppliers on a regular basis. The livestock is raided outdoors on pasture. Always free of added hormones or antibiotics.
